Platter suitable for hanging on the wall, presentation on table, or serving your favorite culinary specialty. Platter does not need hanging device, only a solid anchor or heavy screw mounted on the wall. Platter is easily removed from the wall for use. Of course you can add one our plate stands for presentation on a shelf, hutch or sideboard. Food safe, lead free and 100% hand made by the artist.
Glaze is deep rich tenmoku iron-saturate glazewith wax-resist decoration, and an additional coat of a thick white glaze. There are small chartreuse dots in the center of the spots. Fired in the wood kiln, this platter has a nice overall deposit of fine ash, creating a slightly golden hue.
