This is an 8" footed platter with a flower motif inspired by Daphne's garden. The platter has a black base glaze, a sensual flowing wax-resist decoration and a layer of our red/purple glaze. Small dots of a wood ash glaze are placed in the center of the flower to activate and accentuate the flowers.
